Wildly talented and defining the culinary journey of the Mornington Peninsula, Michael is taking his passion for the region to the stage, representing Australia at the Bocuse d'Or World Championships in Lyon in early 2019.

Widely known for their pinot varieties, the team from Quealy Winemakers join forces with us for tonight’s offering.  They describe their Mornington Peninsula growing environments perfectly – “The landscape of close, intimate valleys and ocean influence create variations in aspect and microclimate they are magnified in the glass”.
