Georgie Bass hosts monthly dinners showcasing the regions finest produce. Sold out well in advance with a very popular local cult following, the 'pop up style' menu allows award wining Head Chef Michael Cole to use the freshest ingredients, in most cases caught or foraged by him and his team team of talented chefs. 

In conjunction with Truffle Melbourne, our monthly Friday Nights @ Georgie's dinners are shifting up a level on Friday 28th July, with a 6-course pop up style menu incorporating some of the Mornington Peninsula's best land and sea ingredients, complimented by magnificent Red Hill Truffles.
