Whilst the focus in on tricks & techniques of easy dining, it’s also about the planning and starting your preparations early. Featuring cold entreees, easy and delicious mains and a refreshing desert, this class is set up to give attendees the confidence they need to impress guests and put on a show in their own home. 

Georgie Bass Cafe and Cookery is all about putting fresh, local and seasonal produce on your plate. So we’ve handpicked the best regional farmers, dairies, orchards and vineyards to help us serve simple, delicious food that not only looks great but tastes fabulous! 

To help you repeat the Georgie Bass experience at home we are running a series of hands-on cooking classes that will inspire you to challenge yourself in the kitchen. Led by our industry leading chefs and cooked with premium Miele equipment, these classes cater for a maximum of 12 people, ensuring you receive personalised tuition throughout each class. We cater for all levels of experience, however if you do view yourself as a master chef in your own right, then perhaps look at some of our more complex classes!
