Ceviche is a seafood dish popular in the coastal regions of Latin America and the Caribbean. Made from fresh raw fish cured in citrus juices. Ceviche is technically uncooked, but has been marinated in citrus juice.

Sashimi is sliced, raw fish that is in its natural state. Although simple in nature their is an art in the preparation of the fish and plating. Learn the precise knife skills used in the preparation of sashimi, along with paired sauces.

At Georgie Bass, our hands-on cooking classes will inspire you to challenge yourself in the kitchen. The classes cater for a maximum of 11 people, ensuring you receive personalised tuition throughout each class and we cater for all levels of experience!
