Learn how to make the perfect light & fluffy gnocchi, hand roll fresh lasagne, wrap filled ravioli and cut thin tagliatelle*. You will be taken on a virtual tour of Italy learning about varieties of pasta and what each region is known for.
We will ensure you have fun making a great mess in the Georgie Bass kitchen during this very hands-on class, suitable for the young & old apprentice chef!

As a committed partner of the Mornington Peninsula Produce program, we incorporate ‘home grown goods’ from our kitchen garden, planter boxes and Flinders farm into the menu seasonally.
To help you repeat the Georgie Bass experience at home we run a series of hands-on cooking classes that will inspire you to challenge yourself in the kitchen. Led by our industry leading chefs and cooked with premium Miele equipment, these classes cater for a maximum of 11 people, ensuring you receive personalised tuition throughout each class.
We cater for all levels of experience, and welcome private group bookings for friends, special occasions or corporate groups.
Each class runs for approximately 2.5 hours and is inclusive of meals prepared. Beverages additional. Sensible covered toe shoes are appreciated.
Cancellations received more than 14 days out from your booked cooking class are entitled to reschedule into another cooking class. A refund will not be given.
Cancellations received within 14 days or less from the date of your booked class are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking and whilst we make every effort, we cannot always accommodate all requests within certain classes.
