In this class the team will have you working with and preparing various types of shellfish - from correctly opening and cleaning, through to flavour pairing and correct cooking techniques to give you confidence in using these delicious gifts from the ocean in your home kitchen. 

At Georgie Bass, our hands-on cooking classes will inspire you to challenge yourself in the kitchen. The classes cater for a maximum of 11 people, ensuring you receive personalised tuition throughout each class and we cater for all levels of experience!
